1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Polished CRM ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.​

2. Services Provided

Polished CRM offers online marketing services, including but not limited to:​

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions

​Email marketing campaigns

SMS marketing (A2P messaging)​

Social media management

​Analytics and reporting​

A separate agreement or statement of work will outline the specific services provided.​

3. Client Obligations

As a client of Polished CRM, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.

​Obtain all necessary consents and permissions for any data or content you provide to us.​

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and marketing communications.​

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in a separate agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.​

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials and content provided by Polished CRM, including but not limited to software, documentation, and marketing materials, remain the property of Polished CRM or its licensors. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for their internal business purposes.​

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of services.​

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polished CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.​

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice as specified in the separate agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​

10. Amendments

Polished CRM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.​
